Personal One-on-One Training:

If you are tired of talking about it and ready to see results, this is the best choice for you!  We will work with you to focus on your goals, whether it’s weight loss, gaining lean muscle tissue, flexibility and core training or just shaking up your current routine.  We will work with you to ensure you see the results you are looking for and never hit the dreaded fitness plateau.

 

Couples/Small Group Training:

Small group training offers the benefits of working with a personal trainer at a fraction of the cost of the private rate.  Whether it be for fat loss, general conditioning, or elite level athletics, the added motivation of having others working out in the same room with you pushes you to a new effort level. Train with friends, family, spouse, or co-workers! Start your own group or join an established group.  Small group personal training sessions are 1 hour in length. Custom designed workouts are tailored specifically to each small group. You will receive accountability, motivation, support, experience and expert guidance to reach your fitness goals.

 

Boot Camp:

No, you are not enrolling into the military. This is indoor/outdoor fitness Boot Camp! It is for anyone looking for a fun and challenging way to workout! We will incorporate interval exercises along with circuit stations and sports drills to offer a total body workout for any person who is ready to take their fitness to the next level. Basic body-weight and resistance exercises, coupled with non-stop cardio intervals will ensure that you burn 400 – 600 calories each class. 

 

Ladies Night Boot Camp:

A boot camp class with all the intensity of the co-ed class, but with exercises focusing on the female form, using body weight exercises and low weight-high repetition work to target trouble areas for a trim and toned look.

 

Boxing:

A high intensity, body workout that focuses on teaching proper boxing techniques while using heavy bags, focused mitt drills and core work.  Boxing will challenge you as you increase cardiovascular strength and muscle tone.

 

Young Adult Specific Training:

In the face of today’s growing obesity epidemic, learning to incorporate an effective exercise program as a youth will help build healthy lifelong habits.  We will work with you and your teen to design a program that will be both fun and challenging!

 

Sports Training:

Sports specific training will help to build strength, speed and agility and ensure you are at the top of your game and take your athletic performance to the next level!

 

Post Rehab Training:

Post injury training is an essential part of the recovery process, to help you not only recover fully, but to help prevent future injury.  We will work with you to gently challenge you and walk you through the recovery process, as well as design a program to prevent future re-injury.

 

In-Home Training:

With our private, in-home training, we offer all of the services listed above in the privacy of your own home.  No more struggling to get out the door on time – we come to you and train you in your own home.
