"I have been training with Jason for almost 4 years now, and he has consistently helped me achieve my
goals.  I had been working out on my own for years previous to that but had reached a plateau in my
advancement that I just couldn’t get past.  My first goal was to significantly increase my lean body weight. 
Within 6 months with Jason I had packed on 22 pounds.   When I expressed a desire to stabilize midway
between my original and new weight, Jason guided me through a reduction program and within months
I had lost over 10 pounds—and it was effortless. 

When I had shoulder surgery for a preexisting injury (torn labrum and partial tear in the rotator cuff), I used
Jason’s expertise during the recovery process rather than going to a separate physical therapist.  We
started very gently with flexibility activities, graduating to range-of-motion exercises, building up to light
weight-bearing, and finally to normal strength training.  At no time did he under- or overtax my healing
shoulder and several months’ time I was back to where I was originally.  My surgeon remarked on the
rapidity of my recovery.

Despite working with Jason for the last 4 years I have never felt that I was in a rut.  Every week there are
new routines and, yes, surprises that keep me guessing.  Each session is challenging without being
overwhelming and I always leave feeling like I have accomplished something.  I believe that these
regular sessions (twice per week when possible but no less than once per week) are a sound
investment in my health, my appearance, and my well-being."

"My name is Ken Helfrich. I have been training with Jason for about three years now. In that time I have not

what kind of "shape" I would be in if I hadn't started training. In 2007, long story short, I should've died from a
blood clot that went from my heart into my lungs. My doctors told me that if I wasn't in such "great shape" I

What a great way to start the new year with a boot camp class with Jason Creel at Creel Fitness.  I have taken Jason's boot camp for two years now and every class is different.  I don't get bored and my body keeps getting leaner.  It doesn't get better than that!    If you want to get in shape this year, this is your trainer.   Whether you sign up for personal training or boot camp classes, you won't be disappointed with Jason.

Jason is an awesome personal trainer.  If you are looking for serious results and looking for them quickly, this is the guy to call!  I have done his bootcamp classes, small group training, one on one training and boxing training.  I've never had to do the same workout twice, so I NEVER have a chance to get bored or for my body to plateau.  Over three months I have gone from 25.7% to 17.7% body fat and it's still dropping.  Jason doesn't just work you out, he holds you accountable for all of your lifestyle choices.

I have been training with Jason Creel for over 1-1/2 years, at his boot camp/gym.  He gears his classes to his trainees needs; but, ALWAYS concentrating on strengthening the core/abs!  All of his classes are different; mixing arms, legs, and always the 'core'!  I personally have back problems and I'm in my late 60's... and he has helped ease my back issues!  Another area of strengthening, has been my 'balance' which one doesn't often think about!  My improved balance has helped me in many ways: posture, bending, walking, etc. Jason, also is knowledgable about diet and makes terrific food choices; always asking..."did YOU eat like a champ or...a chump, over the weekend"!  All for the 'Good'!!  I highly recommend 'Jason' as 'your' personal trainer.  He is the 'Best' and he cares...really cares, about your progress.

Creel Fitness is as good as it gets! As a busy mother, and business owner finding time to get back into shape seemed impossible until I met Jason. I meet with Jason 3 times a week for an hour of butt kicking strength training and have officially experienced great results. Jason is the real deal,....or should I say "Creel Deal"?
I work out regularly but was getting bored with my same old routine. I had heard nothing but great things about Jason so i finally gave him a call to see how I could improve both my results and my knowledge on fitness. After the first one on one session i could tell that i was targeting areas that I never even knew i had. Whether you are a novice or someone like me who "thought" they knew what they were doing in the gym, Jason will no doubt make you see and feel results.
