"I have been training with Jason for almost 4 years now, and he has consistently helped me achieve my
goals.  I had been working out on my own for years previous to that but had reached a plateau in my
advancement that I just couldn’t get past.  My first goal was to significantly increase my lean body weight. 
Within 6 months with Jason I had packed on 22 pounds.   When I expressed a desire to stabilize midway
between my original and new weight, Jason guided me through a reduction program and within months
I had lost over 10 pounds—and it was effortless. 

When I had shoulder surgery for a preexisting injury (torn labrum and partial tear in the rotator cuff), I used
Jason’s expertise during the recovery process rather than going to a separate physical therapist.  We
started very gently with flexibility activities, graduating to range-of-motion exercises, building up to light
weight-bearing, and finally to normal strength training.  At no time did he under- or overtax my healing
shoulder and several months’ time I was back to where I was originally.  My surgeon remarked on the
rapidity of my recovery.

Despite working with Jason for the last 4 years I have never felt that I was in a rut.  Every week there are
new routines and, yes, surprises that keep me guessing.  Each session is challenging without being
overwhelming and I always leave feeling like I have accomplished something.  I believe that these
regular sessions (twice per week when possible but no less than once per week) are a sound
investment in my health, my appearance, and my well-being."

"My name is Ken Helfrich. I have been training with Jason for about three years now. In that time I have not
only improved my overall fitness but my entire life has been affected in such a positive way its hard to imagine
what kind of "shape" I would be in if I hadn't started training. In 2007, long story short, I should've died from a
blood clot that went from my heart into my lungs. My doctors told me that if I wasn't in such "great shape" I
would not be here today. My doctors also told me that I would never be able to get in that kind of shape again
